Staff and amenities were very good, we enjoyed that everything was nice. Lots of food for breakfast including fruit, bacon and pastries.

Had a fantastic stay with friends in a beautiful hotel, liked staff and amenities. The property was 20 minutes away from the train station. Good value, I would recomand staying here.

The rooms were airy and neat with air conditioning, good value.

Modern looking & well soundproofed unit with a lovely bathroom, a comfortable bed, as example.

The room had extremely poor views.

Brilliant hotel, good value, has ideal location near to the centre, shops & Bars and the Museum park, a lovely place. Immaculate & elegant unit with a king sized bed.

Charming place to stay with kind staff in the booking or by the receptionist.

The whole place was fairly clean, I loved it, and had fab staff and location.

The bed was exceptionally comfortable, and the room itself was fairly good.

It's old-fashioned place to stay 2 km away from Horse.

Impressive location, GENERALLY NICE staff, a good choice of food for the continental breakfast. I enjoyed a nice decor and stylish furniture. It was nice to have aquarium in the lobby. Good value, marvellous service offered.

The bed was good, the staff was incredibly attentive! Bountiful breakfast, courteous service.

Our stay was terrific, good value. Historic location, tidy, lovely bed, funny staff. Fish bar was fantastic. Non-smoking and beautiful room with a luxurious bathroom.

Amazingly kind staff and spacious beds, optimal setting. It was also a short walk to york minster.

Delightful room, well managed staff and a very big bed. I got free upgrade and enjoyed it. The sky bar in the hotel had lots of refreshing coffee and spirits throughout the day. Fab location, 10 minutes' walk to york minster.

I enjoyed this hotel, its staff and food. The staff did all they can for a fun stay. The restaurant was astonishing with delicious meals. Late check-out too. Good value compared to other properties, and tidy.

The venue is neat, the staff is highly courteous.

Worth its 4 stars. Really enjoyed the way our standard king room was arranged. By the way, we paid GBP 10 per day for parking lot...

We stayed 1 night and it was an enjoyable fit. We appreciated staff and location here. Large bed, we slept like babies.

The street was a bit noisy and that caused inconvenience.

Good sized room and friendly staff. The hotel building is pretty. Dough, where you can eat, is just walking distance from the venue;)))
